Our AquaWorlds are under warranty for the period of 180 days for Globe 12.5 cm (5"), Globe 15 cm (6") and 365 days for the bigger size Aquaworlds from the date of purchase. If the AquaWorld if found tobe defective, or if all shrimps die within the limited warranty period, the AquaWorld will be replaced upon return. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. the warranty is limited to replacement of the AquaWorld only and does not cover incidental and consequential damages, personal injury, property loss, or damage arising out of use or misuse of the AquaWorld.
Recharge policy. After the end of the limited warranty period you may receive a new AquaWorld upon return of the old one. Customer is resposible far all shipping costs. The cost of this service is the following, USD
